We're holding a castle for ransom people kept coming up and attacking us. After we held them off several times everytime they died they would report us for RDM. After a little while one of the admins decided he was sick of it so he banned us? All of us. And it was real funny because one of the admins said it was legal RP. We even set guidelines for the defense, we couldn't kill them unless they we're in a group, Shooting a Bow at us, Or coming back and looting body's. If the admin would have taken the time and actually observed what was happening he might have had an idea of what was going on.

I can support his claim, We were holding springsvale castle and the people guarding it were so angry that they told the admins we were ''rdm'' them even though we didnt shoot first they did. Eventually the admin named TheLionsOfWar banned Tulius Guthrie and Lady Highstone and people who were not part of the holding, Adelade Lysander and Sylania Haleheart. TheLionsOfWar said we were randoming people but it was clear that they were shooting at us and he said we were killing innocents but it was a warzone. We posted warnings saying that if anyone in a group of 3 or more will be shot. Accidents will occur and we can do nothing to stop them but this was a unjust reason to ban people for roleplaying, even when it happened twice on the server. Please unban these people thank you.

I was watching, The Highstones were shooting random people from the walls of the castle i literally watched, u even shot the ones who WERE NOT attacking you u even shot a man who was just sitting on his horse infront of the castle, all of u were shooting. So it was a random and u were temp banned for it, it is not a perm, so this Appeal is invalid
